Delete or anonymise your data

You do not need an account, and you do not need to email anyone. Enter the download token or receipt reference from a purchase and you can see exactly what is stored against it, then remove it yourself. Requests are actioned immediately.

What we hold

Purchase entitlement: A payment-provider session reference, the playbooks it unlocks, a hash of the download token, and usage counts. Deleted automatically 30 days after purchase.
Not held: No name, no email address, no payment card details, no behavioural profile. Your email stays with the payment provider and is never copied into our database.
Certificates and toolkits: Generated entirely in your browser. Nothing from those forms ever reaches a server, so there is nothing there to delete.
Audit trail: Each erasure request is logged with a one-way hash of your reference, the action taken and the outcome. The log proves the request happened without recreating the link it removed.

Both appear on the confirmation screen after payment. We use it only to prove the purchase is yours; it is never stored in the audit trail in readable form.

What should happen

Delete outrightThe purchase record is removed. Any remaining download links stop working immediately.AnonymiseThe link to the payment provider and the download credential are destroyed; a non-identifying row is kept for accounting only.

I understand this cannot be undone, and that my access to any purchased files ends once the request completes.

If you have lost your reference

Because we hold no email address, we cannot look a purchase up for you. Your payment provider receipt carries the session reference; entering it here is enough. If you cannot find it, wait: every purchase record is deleted automatically 30 days after payment regardless of whether you ask.
